So tell me how when we have a part fixed on our car automatically another part or more or the same part lately goes out same day hours after leaving this place. On top of that our car what broke into on their lot with stuff stolen out of our car. And because they couldnt fix it the right way the first hundred times they have tried. To make matters worse we are constantly charged double or triple the amount of the original price of labor and part everything they don't fix it and it gets worse and we have to bring it back. Like I understand need to get paid but I can also sniff a scam when I see it. And making some one pay 3 or 4 times for the same parts and labor before they fix it properly. And What services did I get well to answer your question. Bad service resulting in worse problems than started and debt. Just thought some should know the truth. Have a fantastic day.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with The Garage on Gordon Hwy has been nothing but stress, financial loss, and dishonesty. I bought my car from them and from the very beginning it had problems. I paid $1,197 out of pocket for new tires and brakes, trying to keep the car safe and maintained. Not long after that, I had to pay $96 for an engine coil, and then I had to buy a spark plug myself because the car kept acting up. Every time something went wrong, I had to fix it, even though I was still making payments. After all the money I put into this car, they still repossessed it. They demanded $938.33 to get it out of the repo yard, even though I had already paid thousands in repairs and was doing everything I could to keep the car running. Their billing was inconsistent, their communication was rude, and they constantly gave different answers every time I called. They threatened repossession even when I was trying to work with them, and when they finally took the car, they made it almost impossible to get it back. This dealership is unprofessional, misleading, and takes advantage of people. They do not care about customers, only money. I would never recommend any

let's just say I didn't even have the car 30 days, and it needed a new engine. they refuse to work with me after paying so much money for a down payment. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here. they don't care about their customers. 0/0

I feel this repair shop is too high and they do not care about their customers. I was a repeat customer even though people was telling me they were too high for their services. The last time I went to them they estimated my repairs at 2000.00 so I decided to take it some where else and get a second opinion. When I asked them to tow it back to my house they tried to charge me a 100.00 more than the price of the tow and diagnostic test. I'm glad I went elsewhere because I got the same service plus a new set of tires for 1500.00.

I really hate to see so many unsatisfied customers. My experience has been a pretty good one. The brakes on a car I purchased needed to be replaced and they didn’t give me a hard time. I got new brakes as well as rotors after I requested they look at them for me. I just got my first oil change with the service shop. I also witnessed the owner show some employee recognition to the technicians which meant a lot to me because when you treat your employees well they in return do good work so I know my car is in good hands! I most definitely have recommend this place to friends of mine. Every time I go in everybody is always nice and helpful. My car sales rep Jaylon was very helpful with my purchase as well as Jenny! All of the guys in the office have been very nice and professional. My car is exactly the one I was looking for. It’s very nice and rides well! I most definitely would purchase again!!!
